Spare Yourself! I can not believe to this day how I was treated from the time I pulled up to his shop location, found it closed and called the # on the door to make an appointment... I wanted 1 lock re keyed to fit all the other existing locks throughout the house, make a key for 1 small lock and make 2 extra keys for a small Master Lock. I wrote out everything, very clear to prevent any misunderstandings... When I went to check on things I found that he had re keyed EVERY LOCK throughout the house except for 2 of them! Did nothing of what I wanted, left without finishing rescheduled for 3 days later, THEN NEVER CAME BACK! The keys for the little Master Lock did not work, took off with my original key to the house to re key the 1 lock I needed re keyed, then to top it all off I didn't find out that he wasn't planning on ever coming back until I messaged him the day he was suppose to be back... I've owned and managed 2 separate businesses in my lifetime and NEVER did I not finish the job regardless of the circumstances... So like I stated in the beginning, SPARE YOURSELF! C. Wagner

Using a family owned business during COVID-19 was the best decision for me. Burkitt's came out twice for us and got us into our locked out cabin and then came back a few days later to rekey the rest of our doors and got us into our Jeep. They were incredibly cordial and worked quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better interaction!
